Not going in to town today
I’m going to catch up on my back writing and interview transcriptions and prep for Tuesday.
I expect to go to the library fo internet use and the post office for a package I’m expecting.
I’m make a few phone calls and personal pitches for Benefactor so I can get a laptop/internet device to really make my journey real to others..
Today is all about “Staying put” and being “At home” for a day.
Right now Mischa is sunning herself on the gravel as I’m writing this at the picnic table wearing shorts, sandals, a Polo Shirt and sweater. I’m feeling the sun warm my back.
There is intermittent wind, so I keep the sweater on, but it is a fine feeling to have this level of warmth surrounding me again. It’s 10:40 am and I feel fine.
Breakfast has been O.J. & Potato Chips.
Too warm…the sweater comes off.
Spent the day writing. Completing unfinished days; transcribing interviews. Sat all day in the same position at the picnic table.
I’m officially a “redneck’.
I got a lot accomplished
Fun day
Bad nights sleep
And the dreams…Bob Dylan would be proud!
